29 October 2021 Class of 2021 – Key Events for Year 12
HSC Period – Tuesday 9 November – Thursday 2 December 2021
Year 12 Graduation Assembly - Friday 3 December 2021
Under present COVID conditions, we will hold a Graduation Assembly for Year 12 students conducted under COVID guidelines. This will commence at 11am in the MPC. All students are expected to attend to receive their graduation folder and must be in full school uniform.
Clearance Morning - Friday 3 December 2021
Students are required to sign out and return any textbooks and other school equipment. Formal tickets can be collected from the front office once you have completed this process. Clearance morning will take place from 9.00am to 9.30am in the school Library. Morning tea will be provided and a quick rehearsal will follow for the Graduation Assembly.
Year 12 Formal – Monday 6 December 2021
By now, you will have received your Email invite for the Year 12 Formal, which will be held (following the Department of Education’s current COVID19 guidelines) at Ben Ean, 119 McDonalds Road, Pokolbin, Monday 6 December. This date is confirmed. The formal will commence at 6.30pm (arrival from 6pm to 6.20 pm) and will finish at 9.30 pm. The cost of the ticket is $60 and will include main meal, soft drinks, dessert, decorations, DJ and photo booth. All catering service will comply with COVID-19 guidelines and special dietary requirements will need to be indicated below and submitted with payment. Teachers will be supervising the event from 6pm to 9.30pm.
Final ticket payment of $60 must be paid by 12 November. This can be paid via the Parent Payment portal or by attending the school office.
Students who do not participate in the clearance process will not be issued a formal ticket or be able to attend the Year 12 Formal.
