Dear Cessnock High School Community,

As I am sure you are already aware, a public holiday has been declared on Thursday September 22, 2022 - the ‘National Day of Mourning for Her Majesty the Queen.’ This will mean that our school will be non-operational on this day and no staff will be at school to supervise or run normal lessons. School will resume as normal on Friday September 23. Please note that canteen will not be operating on Friday.

If you have any questions about the public holiday on Thursday, please don’t hesitate to call the school for further clarification.
