Inspire Potential
Inspire Potential is a prestigious 15-week NSW Department of Education initiative for selected schools across the Regional North Principal Networks.
It supports schools to identify and develop Aboriginal students with high potential in the social-emotional domain—including leadership, empathy, resilience, communication, cultural confidence and the ability to positively influence others.
The program aims to:
- strengthen student voice, agency and leadership
- recognise Aboriginal identity, culture and community connection as strengths
- build confidence, belonging and aspiration
- improve engagement, wellbeing, attendance and learning outcomes
- help schools embed effective HPGE practices through staff professional learning, student activities and evaluation.
